I'm still getting massive stutters all throughout playing Kovaaks, and **only** Kovaaks. If the stutter is being caused without any visible hardware cause, then follow this guide: įix didn't work. If your GPU is the problem (I highly doubt it) Consider setting the GPU to run in Message Signaled-Based Interrupt Mode. If your CPU usage is dropping at seemingly random intervals Disable bad drivers/Services, set higher cpu priority to the game - Maybe Unpark Cores? If you're thermal throttling you need to increase Airflow to your system or Downclock/Undervolt your CPU/GPU. Are there drops in cpu/gpu performance? Are you Thermal Throttling? If you have large spikes in places, compare the data to your above graphs: specifically CPU Usage/GPU Usage.

In the perfect setting, this graph will be completely flat. Then, play normally as you would for 20mins-40mins once you're done, close the application and head to the History Log, Scroll down to the bottom of the list till you see your Frametime Graph. Scroll down, you'll see "Hardware Monitoring History Logging", Tick Log to file, Select where you want to save the file, Then hit Apply. Scroll down the list, Tick and "Show In OSD" for "Framerate" & "Frametime".

To do so Open MSI Afterburner - Options - Monitoring. If you installed RTSS along with MSI Afterburner, you can log history to a file. Hey mate, i didn't get a notification for your edits, my bad. Setting it to 300 FPS doesn't help.Īny insight into fixing this would be greatly appreciated. etc.įoV measurement is set to Apex Legends at 110, max FPS is 144. Healthbars turned off, Info Bars turned off, Floating Combat Text is off, etc. Post Processing is off, so is AntiAliasing, VSync, Shadows, One-frame thread lag, tiled reflections, etc. I looked at past fixes for this problem and nothing's worked. GTX1070ti (Highest tempreature reached is ~75c, usually less) Intel i7 9700kf (Highest temperature reached is ~75c, usually less)

As far as I can tell there isn't a way to roll back the game version to a previous one that did work as intended. I just can't seem to figure out what's causing the stuttering. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating, as I would like to continue improving my score. I've improved a lot, with a high score of 141.2 and average challenge outcome of ~120-130, however since this stuttering began I've been having trouble even making it to 120, usually falling short around 105-115. I've been playing a lot for a few months now, trying to improve my aim mostly in Tile Frenzy, but randomly, and throughout the my time playing, it will begin to stutter for seemingly no reason. It'll only last about a second, but it makes a huge impact on my overall score. In the past few weeks I've noticed that Kovaaks has begun stuttering a lot when playing.
